Contact/Call-center by CallService includes all-inclusive design, implementation, maintenance or upgrade of your call center or mini (office) PBX.

We will estimate the projected load and will help to select appropriate equipment. We will design and develop required software, lay telephone lines inside the office, will be closely monitoring and supporting the system’s performance and, if necessary, will change the settings in accordance with your wishes.

Connecting telephone lines to our server can be done via Internet / Ethernet channels, which will reduce connection cost and eliminate the unpleasant need for changing your phone number when changing the office space. Moreover, if, prior to connecting with us, you used certain phone number, you can continue using it in the future!
